Management of Information
In general, JCIE will not collect personal information by which an individual is identifiable, such as names or addresses, when you visit the JCIE website. Some services offered through the JCIE website, however, may require you to register personal information to receive or use such services. In such cases, prior to asking you to submit your personal information, JCIE will clearly specify the purposes of use of such information and will use the collected data only within the scope of such purposes. JCIE will not use your personal information without your consent for other purposes.
If you would like to discontinue using any or all of the services for which you registered, or make changes to your registered information, you can do so at any time by following the applicable procedures.
Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
JCIE shall properly maintain all personal information provided via the JCIE website and shall not disclose it to any third party, except for cases that fall under either of the following conditions:

If it is necessary to disclose it in accordance with the law.
If we employ an agent that will work on our behalf, and must disclose such information to the agent to the extent necessary to have the agent complete such work. In such cases, it is JCIE policy to protect your personal information by concluding an agreement that obliges such agent to implement appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

JCIE shall keep personal information accurate and up-to-date, and in order to prevent unauthorized access to that personal information, as well as any loss, damage, alteration or leakage of it, we shall take any necessary measures including the maintenance and management of our security system and the training of employees. In this way, JCIE intends to carry out safety measures that provide strict management of personal information. Please note that it is your sole responsibility and decision to provide us with your personal information, as JCIE cannot guarantee that the measures and processes taken to protect such information while you communicate with JCIE via the JCIE website are invulnerable.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations and a Review of this Policy
JCIE shall abide by Japan’s laws and regulations that apply to personal information, as well as other norms, and we shall also review the terms of this policy and improve them as appropriate.
