WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP

In recent years, greater focus than ever before has been placed on the wide gaps that exist in the ability of men and women to fully participate in their societies. JCIE has long recognized that diversity is the key to fully unlocking the creativity and competitiveness of society, and we carry out initiatives that seek to empower women leaders and promote greater gender balance.
