This bibliography is a provisional list of publications, to be supplemented regularly, on Japan-US relations. Priority was given in compiling the list to material relevant to the research activities of the Japan-US Economic Relations Group.

The titles listed in this volume are divided into four primary categories: economics, political science, general and miscellaneous. There are two appendices, the first providing selected abstracts of books and periodicals, the second summarizing relevant points from the Congressional Record between 1977 and 1979.
